Our LiFePO4 batteries are designed to provide over 4,000 deep cycles at 100% Depth of Discharge (DOD), lasting up to 10 years depending on usage and maintenance.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS, depending on your location relative to our US warehouses.
Can I connect LiTime batteries in series or parallel?
Yes, most of our batteries support both series and parallel connections. We recommend connecting up to 4 identical batteries in series or 4 in parallel to ensure system stability and longevity.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. If the product is defective, LiTime covers the return shipping costs and provides a full refund or replacement.
Do LiTime batteries come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on our LiFePO4 batteries, covering manufacturing defects and technical issues under normal operating conditions.
Are your batteries compatible with standard lead-acid chargers?
While some lead-acid chargers may work, we strongly recommend using a dedicated LiFePO4 charger or a DC-DC charger with a lithium profile to ensure a full charge and prevent cell damage.
